Jordan Kensley is a US-based pole dance performer\, judge and instructor. She has been dancing since 2012 and she strives to embody the nuances of this art form in every dance. Pole Dancing and Structural Integration have allowed Jordan Kensley multiple opportunities to appreciate the body & mind connections in movement\, especially in the form of free styling and performing. DESCRIPTION:This course was created with fluidity and creative transitions in mind\, to help build a seamless connection between the lower third of the pole and your basework with heels. Pathways is heavy focused on thread throughs\, weight shifts\, pirouettes\, direction changes & base inversions. Our leg sweeps and toe box pivots will develop more connected movement and seamless low flow transitions.  Explore new and/ or reimagined low flow transitions while maintaining lightness & grace within your movement. DESCRIPTION:Solar Rotations\, Revolutions & Solar Flares: (NEW) \nRotation: Objects spinning motions about its own axis (Self)\nRevolution: Refers to the object’s orbital motion around another (Pole)\nSolar Flare: is an intense localized eruption of energy \nLevel: All Levels \nBe the center of your Universe\, masterfully create dynamic pirouettes with fanciful footwork as you add style to your low flow and aerial sequences. Build your power & speed with a sweep of your limbs\, tip on your axis and create endless varieties of pirouette rotations. Pirouettes are no longer bound to the ground in your world\, utilize the techniques in this course to had flares and rotations aerially. The Celestial body will utilize fan kicks\, bracket grips in cup grip & twisted\, side lever\, and true grip whilst being able to sustain the revolutions with various tempo & level changes. \nDesigned to extend sequences with stylized flares & pirouettes\, creating dynamic momentum into spins/control exits. \n
