Immerse yourself in the transformative resonance of meticulously tuned quartz crystal bowls, each designed to relax the mind and rejuvenate the body at a cellular level through various harmonic frequencies. For optimal relaxation, participants are encouraged to dress comfortably (think pajamas). Feel free to bring along blankets, bolsters, pillows, eye masks, and sleep masks. Additionally, participants will have the option to relax either in a yoga hammock or on the padded floor.
