This FREE foam rolling class is designed to teach you about the benefits of rolling, the various tools and applications, basic rolling techniques and how to assess your body’s needs. Learn how to take relief into the palm of your hands and get your body’s tissues moving, supple and healthy through Self Myofascial Release (SMR) aka “foam rolling”.
This class is designed for everyBODY, no matter how active or inactive you are. For those that are active and train regularly in fitness, dance, yoga/pilates, pole/aerials, this is a great way to help you recover faster and perform better.
Open to all levels.
Equipment will be provided. But if you have your own peanut/foam roller then feel free to bring it.
