Galentine’s Floorwork class

Grab your sassiest outfit, a friend, and come learn some floorwork that you can do at home for yourself or your partner for Valentine’s Day! Let’s slink, slide, and find all the ways our bodies can move on the floor! All fitness levels welcome! This is a special class happening only in the month of February!

Bring:
water bottle
knee pads (dance/volleyball style are fine)
socks (for foot slides)
Heels are optional, but not required
yoga mat is optional for warm-up
a sense of adventure in movement!
