Explore kicks inspired by, martial arts, hip hop dance & traditional dance style infused with hardstyle pole. Learn drop swing shapes & thread throughs inspired by Martha Graham techniques on the floor and the base of the pole. Movement textures will be improved as we talk about composition elements around the art of hardstyle pole dance.
