Join Steph on an aerial adventure exploring hoop in a whole new way, Changing the rigging can open doors for new mounts, skills, and shapes. Leave with a flow on the apparatus and knowledge of new interactions on hoop. discover how cross training various apparatus can be a powerful tool!
LEVEL: 1.5+ PREREQUISITES: Aerial experience of any kind. Students should be able to mount a hoop, Delilah mount or pull over on an apparatus, hold a plank on floor and have previous experience on silk, sling, or hoop.
LENGTH: 90 Minutes We will have 4-5 tippy Lyra at a variety of heights. 12 students max, which means sharing is caring.
ATTIRE:
– Snug fitting clothing with sleeves,
– Leggings or fitted pants.
– Layers! Leg warmers or socks to cover knees
– HINT: More layers are encouraged on knees and back if you do not have a lot of Lyra experience
